After discussing with our crew the possibilities for the day we decided to slow troll in the AM and bottom fish the PM. It was off to BB where there had been plenty of bait and striking fish. They were still where we thought they would be. After filling the well, out went the flat line. The kings were on us from the getgo. The only problem was the first fish had a serious dietary situation. It showed up as only mouth ,eyeballs and part of a head. Must have been using to many pills or probably a serious case of cudaidis!!
After the first hickup it was steady action all morning. The bottom fishing was excellent for the time we had. 2 grouper, 1 scamp and 1 nice red snapper.
This was our guest first trip on the SEA DANCER, I hope you fellows enjoyed the day and look forward to seeing you in the future! TIGHT LINES!!

just wanted to say what a wonderful day of fishing on Sea Dancer July 5, 2005. I am the guy that caught the African Pompano. That is the biggest fish I ever caught. This was my seconde fishing trip on Sea Dancer and it was wonderful. Thanks so much for your guidance and professionalism. Best of luck for the remainder of the year. Can you put the picture of me and the pompano on the web site?
