We decided to try and make the day inshore and close to the beach to stay out of the tide problem that I encountered yesterday. It worked.5.5 miles offshore of PV using popcycles for bait, the grouper did fairly well on the first place. Three grouper in the box up to 19 pounds. The three other places were another 2 miles east of the first. They produced 2 more grouper and 10 snaps to 18 pounds. At 1 PM we cleaned up the Sea Dancer and headed home. Final count 5 grouper and 10 snapper. TIGHT LINES!!
