Report:

Weathermen, the only people I know that still have jobs for being right only part of the time!! With two of my nicest customers on board and a 1-2 foot sea forecast I thought we had it made until we hit the jetties and 15-20kts from the south hit us in the face. 3-4 foot seas and pretty close together made for rough wet ride. Our folks were up for it so we headed SE toward JW.

We fished a couple of spots there with not much luck and decided to run another 4.5 miles SE to DR. There we found 2 nice snapper before the sharks made their appearance and ran us off. The wind began to abate and the ride improved significantly so we headed NE up into MG.

This was the right place. The snapper fired off and at times we had 3 on at a time. I'm not sure how many we caught but there were many. We released several legal ones before we stopped.

Joe i had a great time with you and your bride and look forward to seeing you soon. TIGHT LINES!!
