The weather man gave us a good forecast of 1-2 feet seas and with that I knew many of the local guys would head far offshore and that would give us a shot at a place that should have a good number of snapper and possibly a grouper too!

As I arrived in the area there were no boats in sight. With no one being able to fish the area for the 10 days or so I knew what was coming. Bent Rods!!

Once we got the boat in the right place the fish were waiting. We had our legal limit in about 30 minutes. We fished for another 30 or so for a grouper but he never showed. We returned several snapper unharmed before heading back inshore for some seabass. Final count 8 nice snapper and between 40-50 seabass. TIGHT LINES!!
